Need to make a change? Email us with in 24 hours of placing your order to make any changes to your design. A team member will confirm your changes via email.
All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are ineligible for returns and considered final sale. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to a defect or error in the production of the item, please email us at brisadomarllc@gmail.com
Resolution inquires must be received with in 10 days of product delivery.
Resolutions for defective products will be provided within 7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays).Â
Brisa Do Mar reserves the right to refuse any exchange/return for any reason. Brisa Do Mar is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Customers must submit a claim with the courier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc...) for any lost/stolen package.
